Spritz Cookies

• 1 C butter
• 1 C sugar
• 1 egg or 2 egg yolks
• 1 t vanilla
• 2 1/2 C flour
• Chocolate spritz: add 1 sq bakers unsweetened chocolate to 1/2 the batter

Cream butter and sugar well. Add egg, vanilla and flour. Shape by using a cookie press. Bake on UNgreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
